SPRING '24 HOURS: Start JAN 22 to MAY 2: Mon-Thu 10:00 am-8:00 pm; 405-974-2487.

Welcome to UCO's Broncho Education and Learning Lab (BELL)! Before you can schedule a session, you need to register for an account (above the login field). All services are offered at no additional cost to all current UCO students. We offer in-person and virtual sessions for Math, Science, Statistics, and Writing as well as an asynchronous Essay Drop-Off option to all UCO students.

Please take a few moments to acquaint yourself with the BELL's Client Policies and Procedures outlined below.

By registering and creating an account with the BELL, you are agreeing to:

  1. Come prepared with necessary supplies and materials on which to work during the session.
  2. Arrive and check in with a Desk Attendant at least five (5) minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment.
  3. REQUIRED: Show your UCO ID at check-in (in-person and online sessions).
  4. Be courteous, respectful, and mindful of other clients, employees, and their sessions.
  5. Not having food or drinks, other than water in a tightly-capped container, at session tables. NO  drinks, including water, are permitted at computer workstations at any time.

CANCELLATION  POLICY: There are NO penalties for cancellations.

NO-SHOW POLICY: You should check-in, or notify us of delays/changes, by the START of the scheduled session time. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a no-show. After TWO (2) such cases, your account will be deactivated and will not be reinstated until next semester. If your account is disabled, walk-ins (IN-PERSON ONLY) are, depending on availability, still an option.

SESSION TERMINATION POLICY: You can end a session at any time during it; the BELL can terminate a session for things such as misconduct or anything deemed inappropriate by the BELL. This may lead to you losing access to BELL services and reported to UCO's Office of Student Conduct.

NOTE: Statements in the above policies are by no means exhaustive.

We wish you the best of luck this semester!
